December 9, 2011

Greetings....

I spent five months diving in Indonesia. N. Sulawesi, Bali. What a spectacular time, and such gentle people. If you wanted you can get three shore dives, a small thatched bungalow, three meals/day (hope you like rice/fish/fruit) for about $25 in N Sulawesi. Be prepared to drop some cash in Bali, since its alot of boat diving and 10 hr days from hotel pick up to drop off.....but I have to admit, "Joes Gone Diving" gives it their best, its well run, and the divemaster are very good. Manta Point lives up to its name!

I agree with you. Komodo Island has a lot of dive sites around it. That's why I set my own records about those sites. In my estimate, there are around 51 dive sites in the vicinity of Komodo Island. I hadn't find the others yet. As per the other dive sites in Indonesia, I would love to learn about them someday too. :)

I used to live in a very small village, yet there is a tourism object of small waterfall complete with huge shallow warm swimming holes, i said holes since there are many of them.just 500 meter on the back side of my house, hiking a small hill which is not too high. Oh and if i want to go to the beach with much less crowded but loaded with beautiful view, i just need to go straight for about 7 minutes of motorcycle from my house, then if i want to go to a beach with massive tourists, just add another 10 minutes of riding and I'll arrive in Lovina Beach, Bali-Indonesia. Hahaha....
But i live in another island now. There are natural beautiful excitement here, but unlike Bali.very miss that such views. Although i could still go there anytime i want, cause i'm on the right side of the universe where there is paradise; Indonesia.
